- If for whatever reason the item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as the item arrives. We will only consider replacing, if we are contacted within 3 days of receiving your package and item is still in its original brand new packaging.
How to Return a Defective Order:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer
**Jenny Sixty Nine is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers in the event of a missing package.
- All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
- For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted.
